It gives us great pleasure to write the preface of the textbook Nursing Management & Leadership. It has been written based on Revised Syllabus of Indian Nursing Council. The chapters of textbook have been organized systematically according to new INC syllabus to explore and validate current knowledge. In the recent times there has been a lot of change in the syllabi and examination. To meet their requirements, number of examples, questions and answers has been given throughout the book to make perfect knowledge to readers. I am confident this text will provide adequate knowledge to students for their subject understanding and their examinations.
