After the success of previous three editions, we are delighted to introduce fourth revised and updated edition of this book. On discussion with students and teachers of different institutions, we have found that students do not like to read the textbook on medicine, instead they prefer ready-made clinical notes so that they can get through the final examination. We must say here that to pass the final professional exam is not difficult but to get admission in PG Course is difficult without reading the textbooks and updating the knowledge. Most of the students get good marks in MBBS examinations but fail to get admission in PG Course. The reason is simple. They have no basic knowledge about the subject, so they find it difficult to attempt objective questions. The objective questions asked in PG entrance are so vast, that they cannot be attempted unless or until students are well-versed with subject and recent advances in medicine. After reading this book, the students will not find difficulty to attempt objective questions asked in PG entrance examination.
