Orthopaedics Preparatory Manual for Undergraduates
Sachin
This is the thoroughly revised, updated and enlarged edition of the book which has been written keeping in mind the requirements of the undergraduate students. It also aims to help postgraduate students to refresh their basics of orthopaedics in their initial phase. The text will not only serve the students to prepare for their university examinations but also help them in retaining all the important facts on the subject, thus maximizing productivity and results.
The overall objective of this comprehensive, self-contained book is to provide concise, consolidated yet authoritative and trustworthy coverage of the basics of orthopaedics. The book is divided into different sections which follow the general pattern of a textbook. Each of these sections includes a series of commonly asked questions (essays types or short note types) with appropriate answers. The answers are point-wise, written in lucid language and are very easy for students to follow. Instead of lengthy explanations, many flowcharts have been given at appropriate places for easy comprehension.
The text provides an intelligent and comprehensive study. Additionally, at the end of questions−answers there are number of multiple choice questions (MCQs) considered appropriate for medical students to be able to answer as per the new format form followed by medical universities. This section will help the students score good marks as well as develop a strong foundation for the future NEET postgraduate examinations.
